IVYBANK LODGE, Blairgowrie and Rattray

Ivybank Lodge provides rooms with a flat-screen TV, including tea/coffee making facilities with a Nespresso coffee machine, and Perthshire artisan chocolates. Rooms feature a shower room with Scottish toiletries. A kettle and a remote controlled TV are standard in each room. The Classic Double Room is on the second floor, accessed via a private staircase. Other options include Haggis Rarebit, Locally Smoked Salmon, and Cinnamon French Toast. Guests need to pre-order their meals by 9 pm the day before. The hotel is fully licensed and offers a range of wines, champagnes, beers, spirits and soft drinks.

Guests can relax in The Drawing Room. Various activities are available, including skiing and cycling. Ivybank Lodge is at the start of The Snow Roads, a 90-mile journey to Grantown-on-Spey. It is also on the Heart 200 touring route, linking Loch Lomond & The Trossachs and The Cairngorms National Parks. Other activities include visits to distilleries, the Caithness Glass visitor centre, and Kirriemuir, the birthplace of JM Barrie.
